Resident Guide

Everything you need to know about staying at the Nightingale Preston Guesthouse.

How to Book

1. Sign in to your resident portal
2. Select your dates on the calendar
3. Confirm your booking details
4. Complete payment via Stripe
5. Receive a confirmation email with your lockbox code

Check-in & Lockbox

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Your lockbox code will be on your home page and in your confirmation email.
• Enter the code on the keypad to retrieve your keys.
• The code automatically expires at check-out time — no action needed.

Editing or Cancelling

• Edit your booking dates from your home page at any time.
• If you shorten your stay, the difference is automatically refunded.
• If you extend your stay, you'll complete a quick payment for the extra nights.
